Prices in USD, excluding tax. You’ll need your own phones, USB cables, internet and a Mac running macOS 14 or newer, or a Windows x64 PC for Android. Annual plans are prepaid and renew yearly. Cancel renewal anytime; access continues to the end of your paid period. Android-only setups receive the same annual discount and need no Apple account.
DEDICATED PHONE RENTALS
Rent dedicated iPhones and Android phones with remote control included. No own-device subscription required. Combine rentals with any own-device allowance.
Sign inPay the full first month for ready phones. Reserve additional phones with a 50% advance, then pay the remaining 50% at deployment within five working days. No monthly charge while waiting. Cancel before deployment for a full refund.

ANDROID & IPHONE
Connect your phones to a Mac with USB cables. Phonebay guides you through the settings to allow remote control. You don’t need an Apple account.
Connect your iPhones to a Mac with USB cables. You’ll also need an Apple account and Xcode, Apple’s free Mac app. Phonebay installs a small helper app on each iPhone to let you control it. With a paid Apple Developer membership, there’s no weekly reinstall. With a free Apple account, the helper needs reinstalling every 7 days.
If you use iPhones, yearly Team, Business and Fleet plans cover one Apple Developer membership each year. Monthly plans and Starter don’t cover that cost.
Already have a membership? You can use it with any plan. On an eligible yearly plan, contact us to arrange coverage or a credit toward a future Phonebay bill. Apple must approve your membership. See membership terms ↗
PLANNING A FLEET?
Fleet supports 100 total devices: for example, 60 Android phones and 40 iPhones. Only iPhones count toward Apple’s yearly limit. Apple counts every distinct iPhone registered during your membership year, including phones you retire. Removing a phone does not free its registration slot.
For an all-iPhone Fleet, this leaves room for replacements. Android phones do not count toward Apple’s yearly limit. Each iPhone replacement uses a spare registration; these slots are not reusable during the year.
At 100 registered iPhones, you must wait for Apple’s annual device-list reset to register another. You can replace Android phones at any time. iPhone replacements also need an available Apple registration. Your combined active device count must stay within your plan.

Use it with any plan. Annual Team, Business and Fleet can receive one membership-cost billing credit per paid subscription year after review and proof of payment. Monthly plans and Starter do not include a credit. Existing registrations count toward your Apple allowance.
No. Your personal installer and self-service setup are included. Hands-on setup and fleet rollout are optional services, quoted separately before booking. Ask about assisted setup.
No. You provide phones, Macs, USB connections and internet. These own-device plan prices cover Phonebay and the listed setup support. Dedicated rental phones are available separately, with control included.
