Payment and renewal
Prices are shown and charged in EUR for euro countries, GBP for the United Kingdom, and USD elsewhere. Your checkout confirms the currency; an existing subscription keeps its original billing currency. Prices exclude applicable tax. New plans have no mandatory setup fee. Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 12 months at the price of eleven monthly payments and renew yearly at the annual price shown at checkout. You provide your own phones, Macs, USB cables and internet connection.
Cancellation
Every new plan offers monthly or annual billing. Monthly plans have no annual commitment. You may cancel renewal from your account at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid month or prepaid year. Cancellation does not automatically refund unused time in a prepaid period; contact support for refund requests and billing errors. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Existing subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased under earlier terms keep their original price, device allowance, commitment and Apple membership benefit. Existing Team, Business and Fleet subscriptions with a 12-month commitment remain billed monthly under their accepted terms. This new offer does not automatically change an existing subscription; contact support to discuss a change.
Android phones and iPhones
Each Android phone or iPhone counts as one phone toward your plan’s limit. Starter includes 3 devices, Team 10, Business 50 and Fleet 100, counted together across both platforms. Prices and billing options are the same for Android-only, iPhone-only and mixed fleets. An unused Apple membership does not automatically reduce the plan price.
For Android, you need to turn on USB debugging and allow your Mac to connect when the phone asks. Setup installs the required software. Android phones do not need an Apple account or count toward Apple’s yearly iPhone limit.
Apple account and device limits
You own your Apple account and complete identity verification, agreements and two-factor authentication yourself. Apple decides enrollment approval. Annual Team, Business and Fleet include one Apple Developer membership per paid Phonebay subscription year when you use iPhones. New monthly subscriptions and Starter, including annual Starter, do not include the membership fee or a membership credit. You may use your own paid membership with any plan. You can use a free Apple account to try up to three iPhones for personal use. This option requires you to repeat the iPhone software setup every seven days. For eligible annual plans, membership is funded directly where available or covered through an equivalent Phonebay billing credit against proof of payment. Credits apply to future invoices, are not cash refunds and require review, including for existing memberships. Contact support to arrange the benefit. Apple enrollment approval is not guaranteed. Android-only annual subscribers receive the same one-month subscription discount; an unused membership has no cash value.
Apple’s 100-iPhone limit counts distinct registered devices per membership year, including retired phones. Removing a device does not free a slot. Fleet supports 100 devices total. For an all-iPhone fleet, starting with 90 leaves ten Apple registrations for replacements. Android phones do not consume those registrations. You can replace a phone without an extra Phonebay subscription charge, as long as you stay within your plan’s total phone limit and, for iPhones, Apple’s yearly limit.
Onboarding and support
After payment, save your setup details and download your personal installer. Self-service setup is included. Hands-on assistance and fleet rollout are optional, quoted separately before booking. Payment does not mean Apple approval or hardware setup is complete. Contact victor@vgarciaf.com about enrollment problems, billing errors, refunds or account access. Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Account data
Phonebay stores your contact details, password in a protected form, plan, payment references and setup details to manage your account and onboarding. Stripe processes payment details; Phonebay does not store card numbers. Do not submit Apple passwords, verification codes or other secrets in setup notes. Contact support for access or deletion requests.
