- Sign in to your account, save your phone details and choose Mac or Windows.
- Prepare your download and generate a setup code for that platform.
- Run the installer on the computer connected to your phones and paste the code into Phonebay Setup.
Downloads require an active subscription. Each setup code connects one computer and expires after 24 hours. You can use Mac and Windows workers in the same account.
Windows 10/11 on Intel or AMD x64 PCs is supported. If Windows blocks it under your security policy, contact support; do not disable Windows security protections. Windows ARM is not supported. Sign iPhone drivers directly on Windows using a paid Apple developer team. See the Windows setup guide.
Your worker, at a glance
Use the Phonebay icon in the Mac menu bar or the Windows notification area beside the clock. Check connection state and device count, open the dashboard or logs, start or close the worker, or uninstall it. On Windows, you can also restart the worker and choose whether it starts at sign-in.
